This works fine for me in 0.10.2.

Can you run Tomboy from the command line, and attach the crash output here?  Alternatively, you could attach the ~/.tomboy.log file after experiencing a crash.

Also, what LOCALE are you using?

I can't reproduce it either. Creating a 'Foo & Bar' note works fine for me.
