I have a problem with the Fancy Invoice. 

When I add a heading banner image to the style sheet, the invoice will not print. 
A print job is generated and the CUPS Document Print Status shows a print job processing. However, nothing comes out of the printer.

I have tried several gif and png files but the graphic file does not make any difference. The heading banner image displays correctly in the report window.

When I remove the heading banner image then the invoice prints as expected. 

Adding a logo image to the style sheet does not cause this problem.

Which version of gnome-print and gtkhtml are installed?
