GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 537022
When adding songs to a new playlist in rhythmbox, the playlist name field is off place
Last modified: 2018-05-24 13:24:36 UTC
The bug has been opened on https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/rhythmbox/+bug/237886 by kbit "Binary package hint: rhythmbox Rhythmbox 0.11.5 on ubuntu hardy Steps to reproduce: 1) Select some files from the music library 2) Right click one of the selected files to get the context menu 3) Select "Add to Playlist » New Playlist" Expected result: As the new playlist appears in the side bar, the edit box to enter the new playlist's name should be properly aligned in the new side bar row / list item. (As it is when renaming an existing playlist) Actual result: The edit box for entering the new playlist's name is offset to the bottom right corner by ~8 px. (As seen in the screen shot.) Correction: Actually it is only shifted down by 8 px, but not to the right. "

Came across a similar issue when working with playlists, which is 100% reproducible. Guess it is probably a gtk+ issue.

Created attachment 340220 [details] Python script for creating playlists via dbus. Running "./create_playlists.py 2" resulted in screenshot in the above comment.
