Description Willie Walker 2008-06-05 15:24:11 UTC
User's want to be able to lock the Orca key so it does not always have to be physically pressed at the same time for Orca keyboard commands that use the Orca modifier.

A proposed behavior is this: treat the Orca key always as a specialized sticky key -- press it 2X in a row with no other keys and the Orca >modifier is locked. Press it again and it becomes unlocked. This feature must be activated with a checkbox in the Orca's configuration dialog. If the checkbox is unchecked, Orca will work like it does now.

This feature must be unactived in default configuration
