[backup-restore] "File/Backup Settings" no error if action failed

Please describe the problem: downstream bug https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=386416 Evolution fails to warn about not being able to save the backup archive if permissions of target folder prohibit it. Instead it shuts down, shows the archiving activity dialog, then restarts.
