Description Steven Côté 2008-05-17 08:25:52 UTC
Currently, when using the browser, selecting an item filters the main view on that particular value, similar to if the user had conducted a search based on that value.

To cancel the filter with a search, the user needs only to click the 'x' in the search bar. To cancel an artist or album filter, the user has to scroll the entire list back to the top to select "All Users" or "All Albums".

Given the importance of these two entries, I think it would be good to have them permanently fixed at the top of the list so that as the user scrolls the list, they are always visible.

Banshee is not under active development anymore and had its last code changes more than three years ago. Its codebase has been archived.

Closing this report as WONTFIX as part of Bugzilla Housekeeping to reflect
reality. Please feel free to reopen this ticket (or rather transfer the project
to GNOME Gitlab, as GNOME Bugzilla is being shut down) if anyone takes the
responsibility for active development again.
