Description John 2008-05-09 19:17:25 UTC
Hello guys.

I was compiling gst-plugins-base and compilations stopped on a problem with
dbus-glib (which I had moved - that error was mine).

But the real problem is that re-compiling, the error is simply skipped, and
compilation terminates correctly. Then, install complains about not finding
the uncompiled library.

Until I actually found the problem with dbus-glib, I did this process quite
a few times, and each time the same - the second compilation did not detect
the previous error.

The problem ocurred with gstreamer vfs module.

Can you reproduce this and provide build logs that show this behaviour?
