"Resource tab sometimes has a graphical glitch. Occurs most often when System Monitor is opened and default to the processes tab, then when the resource tab is clicked.

They are on the network history area. Upload and Download graphics have an issue."

I also experience this glitch. After mouse-over the graphic looks normal again.
When I switch back to the processes tab, close system-monitor, open it again, and switch back to the resources tab the anomaly is visible again.
