Description Owen Taylor 2008-04-25 20:22:16 UTC
When the user enables Mugshot in their account and the desktop data
engine is already running (because the user is using the online desktop)
it would make things much nicer for the user if we started Mugshot.

Maybe there would be an advantage of installing a D-BUS service file
for Mugshot and activating it that way to avoid making the assumption
that Mugshot has the same $bindir as desktop-data-engine?
