It doesn't look like it's possible to use the Tab key in an
accelerator, so I'm marking this as WONTFIX.  If you have any
suggestions for other accelerators for the Next/Prev tab items, please
mention them in http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=57394 .
