Description Sven Arvidsson 2008-04-16 19:43:25 UTC
It seems to be possible to force Rythmbox into playing video files (which normally isn't imported) by dragging and dropping them from Nautilus into a playlist. Rhythmbox will play the audio part of the file (but without a functioning progress bar). I'm guessing this feature is unintended?

Earlier versions of Rhythmbox (0.10.x) made it possible to watch the video using the visualisation plugin, this has made some users believe Rhythmbox is also a video player.
