My understanding (from memory) is that in GNOME menu item is supposed to have
... only if there is a dialog before the actual action of the menu.

So "Print..." but not "Preferences", since the action is "Show the Preferences".

By that standard, it should be:

 "Visit Account Page"
 "Desktop Preferences"
 "Sidebar Preferences"

But still:

 "Logout or Shutdown..."
