Several users have requested being able to see the port on the server selection dialog.  This makes it easier to work with ssl tunneled servers like localhost:2100 % localhost:2101.

Changes server dialog to show servers as host:port.  Also updates group download description to include port.

cleaned up the patch and made sure the failedconnection message contained the port.
