Description Florian Schmaus 2008-04-09 19:04:14 UTC
Seahorse should store the passphrase in gnome-keyring permanently, not just for the user session. I would like to login with pam_gnome_keyring and have all my gpg and ssh keys unlocked and ready to use.

For GPG passphrases, Open the Password and Encryption Settings tool, go to the PGP passphrases tab and select the radio button next to "Always remember passphrases whenever logged in".

For SSH passphrases, connect to something using ssh and when prompted for the passphrase select the check box that says unlock this key whenever logged in or something to that effect.
