Hi,

following is a patch that raises requirements for intltool macros and removes the dead ALL_LINGUAS variable. Note that in the process, I removed "oc" language but it appears it is not in svn anyway...

This problem has been fixed in the development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. Thank you for your bug report.
