The configure script forgets to set some conditionals when building with --disable-external, which causes gst-plugins-bad to fail when building with this flag.

Patch against 0.10.6.

Patch is against 0.10.6 and should also work on CVS HEAD if no additional plugins with the same bug have been added lately.
