Description Don Russell 2008-03-20 04:19:08 UTC
Originally filed against Fedora, suggested to file "upstream", so here I am. :-)
Ref: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=145417

In a nutshell, I'd like more control over the format of the display of the clock in the task bar. Satisfactory for me would be if I could specify a format string suitable for passing to strftime. That way I could display any format supported by strftime.

Thank you.

reassigning to the correct component: -> gnome-panel
Comment 2 Vincent Untz 2008-04-07 20:15:29 UTC
Set /apps/panel/applets/clock_screen0/prefs/format to "custom" and change /apps/panel/applets/clock_screen0/prefs/custom_format to whatever you want. (replace clock_screen0 with something to get the right gconf path)

Closing, since the feature is already there.
