cheese not working with quickcam

Please describe the problem: simply started cheese and no image for quickcam is viewed, its working with wxcam and amsn Steps to reproduce: 1. simply start cheese 2. 3. could you paste the cheese -v output?
cheese -v doesnt spit not...it simply doenst connect...i have installed qc-usb-messeneger...linux-uvc-svn and gspcav1..all probed and tryed out..and still doesnt seems to load..all it appears is a colour bars and a um smaller with static...ive installed wxcam an application ive found and it work flawless...but ive been using cheese for quite some time..and im not ready to quiy now...ive talked with arch devs...and they say it must be from cheese...i aggree since havent changed any config and cheese stoped working from the blue with this version...anyhelp would be great

please try to execute gst-launch-0.10 v4l2src ! ffmpegcolorspace ! ximagesink if your camera is a v4l2 device, otherwise try gst-launch-0.10 v4lsrc ! ffmpegcolorspace ! ximagesink on the command line

ive updated to gnome 2.22 and all the latest gstreamers...and its still have the same problm...damm

ERROR: from element /pipeline0/v4lsrc0: Could not read from resource. Additional debug info: v4lsrc_calls.c(183): gst_v4lsrc_capture_init (): /pipeline0/v4lsrc0: Not enough buffers. We got 1, we want at least 2 This error means that the driver isn't providing enough frames for gstreamer to work reliably. I checked the driver, and it's "2" in 2.6.12, so either you are using an older kernel, or somebody has broken it since then. I'm 90% sure this is an old kernel bug, so I'm closing it as NOTGNOME. Please reopen if you have a recent kernel and it's still broken.
