Do you have plurals in Marathi? If not, you should follow instructions on the following blog entry: http://runab.livejournal.com/18927.html
Sandeep, ping?
Broken translations fixed in GNOME 2.24. Thereby, marking this bug as "FIXED".
Thanks for fixing 2.24, but you should also fix HEAD which will be used for the next GNOME release. And if Marathi doesn't use plurals, your plural string should be "Plural-Forms: nplurals=1; plural=0;\n" (see the link in my comment #2). This will avoid copying two times the same string in each plural form.
From Comment #5, Hi, I have checked out latest version of epiphany by executing following in shell: $svn co http://svn.gnome.org/svn/epiphany/trunk epiphany Can i use [$intltool-update --pot] within ~/epiphany/po ? This would generate epiphany.pot. Hence, mr.po and epiphany.pot can be merged to get the updated mr.po. I am not sure whether above is right approach. Please guide me for fixing broken translation in HEAD.
It is sufficient to run 'intltool-update mr' in the po/ directory. Then you can apply the same fixes as were applied to the 2-24 branch and commit. Thanks!
Alternatively, you can also download the up-to-date mr.po file on http://l10n.gnome.org/vertimus/epiphany/HEAD/po/mr
