To reproduce:
- Add a chat room as favorite
- restart Empathy (see #520205)
- Open "Manage Favorites" popup and mark this room as auto-connect
- restart Empathy
- the room isn't joined

I've a branch that fixes it:

The idea is every time the connection goes to the CONNECTED state it reconnects all chatrooms marked as 'auto-connect'.
