Looks like a GStreamer bug, or perhaps a lack of memory?
Looks more like a crash in GLib/GSlice to me (could be anything though). Gael: - can you reproduce this? If yes, could you make the file available? - what's the output of gst-inspect-0.10 mpegdemux | grep Version ?
