I wanted to attach a .po file http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=519495 but could not find the "attach file" at the finl stage of filing the bug.

I think that "attach a file" must be available on the main page as such https://bugs.freedesktop.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=xdg-user-dirs

A newer Bugzilla version is needed for us to have it.
