"Bogofilter junk plugin" not marked for translation.

In org-gnome-bogo-junk-plugin.eplug.xml we have:
   name="Bogofilter junk plugin"
while it should be
   _name="Bogofilter junk plugin"

Is too late for 2.22 (string freeze)?
