win32/common/pbutils-enumtypes.c must be compiled together to build pbutils. However, pbutils-enumtypes.c is not included in libgstpbutils.dsp.

Could you make a patch or attach an updated libgstpbutils.dsp please? (Within the next 24 hours is possible, since -base is going to be frozen for release tomorrow)

I'm going to do the pre-release without this. Patch appreciated for the next pre-release. I'm not going to consider this a blocker for the final release - it's broken because noone has cared about vs6 support for the last 6 months or so, clearly.
