Description Hendrik Brandt 2008-02-13 08:43:26 UTC
#: ../data/pointer-capture-applet.glade.h:10
- in the english language the terms for mouse-buttons and GUI-buttons are both "buttons", so it's hard to decide which button the programmer means.
In the mousetweaks-GUI buttons refered to mouse-buttons should consequently named "mouse buttons" for easier determination.

- the phrase "secondary click" is not clear, perhaps we should call it "context click" because most people know this function from accessing the context menu

#: ../data/mousetweaks.schemas.in.h:9
- please see http://live.gnome.org/TranslationProject/DevGuidelines/Enclose%20literal%20values%20in%20double%20quotes for correctly enclosed values for the descriptions in gconf schema file.

#: ../src/mt-main.c:427
- there's typo, the correct phrase is "shut down mousetweaks", "shutdown" is the noun not the verb

I think the distinction should be clear in the context of the preferences dialog, but we can change that.

This option was actually called 'Context menu click', but after some usability discussion it was decided to use 'Simulated secondary click' instead. See the comments section here: http://live.gnome.org/Mousetweaks/Usability

Thanks.

I'm not sure if the changes are important enough to request a freeze break. If you're ok with that, I'll wait until after 2.22.
