Description Matt N 2008-02-09 20:14:57 UTC
A friend gave me a CD which she had burned the contents of three smaller CDs to. I entered the metadata for the tracks before I told RB to import it. I changed the track number of the tracks to reflect the song's track number on the album it was from, not it's position on the burned CD. Rhythmbox copied the track on the cd that had the track number in the metadata info, rather than copying each track and applying the info I input.

Example

Track no. Title
1 Band one song one
2 Band one song two
1 Band two song one

Band two song one will have that metadata, but the file imported will be Band one song one.
