I don't think this is a bug of L10N-Spanish. The string is correctly translated and msgfmt doesn't report any error or problem. #: ../src/gpm-notify.c:406 msgid "Battery may be broken" msgstr "La batería podría estar estropeada" #: ../src/gpm-notify.c:407 #, c-format msgid "" "Your battery has a very low capacity (%i%%), which means that it may be old " "or broken." msgstr "" "Su batería tiene una capacidad muy baja (%i%%), lo que significa que puede " "ser vieja o estar defectuosa." Forwarding to Claude Paroz.
That's a known problem in notification daemon (see e.g. https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/notification-daemon/+bug/40379). I don't know right now if there is a bugzilla for this, but I think this is currently not handled in GNOME.
I have sent http://trac.galago-project.org/ticket/158
