As described in [1], it would very, very useful to have this kind of app integrated into damned-lies.

We, as a translation team, would have total control over the packages and translators. (Just for information, pt_BR team nowadays relies on a wiki page, which is too hard to maintain).

My goal is to rewrite Vertimus in Python (I'm not sure about SQLObject and Cheetah) but the current version of Vertimus is already a nice sandbox and it's easy to deploy.

It will be great to have some feedback from other teams before I rewrite Vertimus for integration in DL.
