Description Dean Sas 2008-02-07 22:36:28 UTC
"I have epiphany version 2.21.90. When going to about:config there is this warning:

"Be careful, this gun is loaded!"

There is a button where I can click on, to confirm that I'm really really sure to change settings in about:config. However, clicking the button doesn't do anything."

Fixed in svn trunk, by bypassing the stupid warning message.

I still see this on Hardy (2.21.92).
Comment 4 Christian Persch 2008-03-09 19:26:00 UTC
This commit should have fixed this:
http://svn.gnome.org/viewvc/epiphany/trunk/data/default-prefs-common.js?r1=7775&r2=7955

and indeed on my trunk build (using the xr1.9 patch from ubuntu), I can get to about:config without this warning page (I can repro on hardy's .92 though). Does your ~/.gnome2/epiphany/mozilla/epiphany/prefs.js maybe contain this pref too? If so try removing it.
