The bug has been opened on https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/187215

"Clock 2.21.5 in Hardy has a nice new feature of letting you add multiple locations to show in the pop-out panel. However, the feature is less useful than it could be because the times are incorrect.

I've added clocks for Sydney (my local timezone), Brisbane (which should be 1h behind) and London (which should be 11h behind.) You can see in the screenshot that the analog clocks are correct, but the digital display is all showing local time.

see the incorrectly displayed timezones next to the 2 Australian cities Brisbane, and Melbourne.

The mini analog clocks are correct.

Seems to work for me. Does it happen with 2.22.0 or 2.22.1?

there is no recent duplicate in launchpad, let's close the bug
