Description Charles Day 2008-01-22 11:41:01 UTC
Each security definition in a QIF file may provide a security type on a "T" line. For example:
!Type:Security
NSouthwest Airlines
TStock
!Type:Security
NVanguard 500 Index
TMutual Fund

This information could be used to provide a better default namespace in the commodity section of the druid. In the examples above, the importer should recognize that one is a stock (default namespace NYSE, say) and the other is a mutual fund (default namespace FUND).
