I noticed that beagle hasn't been ported to use po/LINGUAS (see http://live.gnome.org/GnomeGoals/PoLinguas )

and here goes a patch that does the port

forgot to mention that, with this small patch we will remove all the ugliness from http://l10n.gnome.org/module/beagle with all those exclamation marks :)
