I think that a more proper translation to "Bullets" would be "Viñeta circular" (used by MS Word and OpenOffice.Org) or simply "Punto" (like abiword or tomboy portuguese locale use)

«Lista de topos» se usa desde hace mucho tiempo en varias aplicaciones de GNOME y hasta ahora no hemos tenido problema, siendo, además, correcto el nombre.
