We're splitting gnome-settings-daemon out from gnome-control-center.  We already have an svn module and a release.

plugins

Change things to your linking

Make sure that everybody intrested in all reports watches
 
 gnome-settings-daemon-maint@gnome.bugs

by logging into bugzilla and then going to Account->Email preferences
and add the email above to the "Users to watch" list.

Make gnome-settings-daemon-maint@gnome.bugs the default qa/assignee for new
components.
