Please describe the problem:
User does not want an account
User has no way to remove unwanted account

Steps to reproduce:
1. Have account created for user's ID
2. User chooses not to have account in users ID
3. 


Actual results:
No way to remove account

Expected results:
Ability to remove account

Does this happen every time?

Please report upstream (bugzilla.mozilla.org, Bugzilla product) if there isn't already a bug about it. I will never do such a massive change only within GNOME Bugzilla. If upstream has it, then GNOME will at some point (after upgrade).
