Description Pedro Villavicencio 2007-12-11 14:44:07 UTC
This report has been filled here:

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gimp/+bug/158074

"When I choose "Save as" to save a file the save window opens. It opens in a quite large size. I can resize the window to be a bit smaller by grabbing the edge of the window. However, the next time I use "Save as" (even if Gimp is not restarted, i.e. it has been running all the time) the save window size is the original large version. So the bug is that when the save window is resized, Gimp does not remember the new resized size."

Thanks,

Works here with Ubuntu 7.10 and Ubuntus default gtk and Gimp.

I have the same problem. There is an existing bug report for this, which we have reassigned to Gtk+, so I'm going to mark this as a duplicate. (Unfortunately, reassigned bug reports are hard to search for.)

Thanks for the report. I'm well aware that the problem is very annoying.
