the actual print dialog has the following tabs

                Page Setup
                Job
                Image Quality
                Advanced
The help says
               Select one of the following options to determine how many pages to print:
               All
               Pages From
The actual print dialog has:
              Print Pages
                  All
                  Current
                  Range (with a blank 1 line window)
but it's difficult to guess what is the syntax for the range"

This has been fixed in the new Mallard help.
