Description Øyvind Kolås (pippin) 2007-12-08 10:02:38 UTC
With the per-node caches, the memory use of GEGL can get quite large fast,
seldomly accessed cached tiles that can be recomputed should be destroyed.
Comment 1 Jon Nordby 2014-04-05 12:49:08 UTC
It would be useful to have API to indicate which nodes should keep their buffers in cache and which should not. This could be a boolean option, or a integer value - allowing to implement a priority queue for evicting tiles from the cache.
