The manual needs to be updated to the completely revised gnome-system-monitor. It currently does not include the two new tabs and the UI on the Processes tab has changed significantly.

Correct version:
I've updated most of the manual, included in the attached patch.

Other information:
I may have missed some things or my style may be off, as this is my first attempt at writing documentation for GNOME.
