Please describe the problem:
First I can enter using the login.once I logged out I cant getinto using the login link,.....but I can enter into  bugzilla-3.0.2 when I enter using the relogin link

Steps to reproduce:
1. first login and then log out
2. now click the "Log In "  and it goes to a page FORBIDDEN "You don't have permission to access /cgi-bin/bugzilla/ on this server." 
3. but when I use the "Log In Again" link I can get the login dailog box.

This Happens  with the relogin.cgi script page .

I'm not sure what this has got to do with the Perl bindings for GNOME libraries.  Maybe you want to report a bug in the Bugzilla program?  <http://www.bugzilla.org/developers/reporting_bugs.html>
