Please describe the problem:
Under "Encryption Preference"> Password Cache
are the options:

Cache encryption passphrases in memory
 [ ] Expire passphrases from memory after 300 minutes
 [ ] Ask me before using a cached passphrase

Both of these settings are ignored.

The tickbox in the "Always ask me before using a cached passphrase" dialog is
also ignored every time.
