Please describe the problem:
No matter what colours the theme uses, the header and content panels are some kind of blue. They could be a lighter theme selected colour

Steps to reproduce:

2. Look

Actual results:
The panels are blue

Expected results:
They should blend with the theme

Does this happen every time?
Of course
