Description Paolo Benvenuto 2007-10-25 18:50:29 UTC
I was importing the photos from my camera, with the corresponding partition completely full.

I could see that some photo was imported truncated and was deleted from the camera (when I import, I tell gthumb to delete photos).

Unfortunatly, this way I was missing that photo: I had it truncated in the hd, and it was deleted from the camera.

I think the import function should checked the space in the partition before downloading the photos.

Does this still happen? The current code does check for free space.

Comment 2 Paolo Benvenuto 2009-05-26 12:19:27 UTC
Now the importer checks the available disk space, and refuse to import if there isn't enough free space.

The bug can be closed fixed.

Bug maintenance: changed status to "Resolved", to match the reported "Resolution".
