GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 489033
volume control widget should always appear
Last modified: 2018-05-24 12:57:27 UTC
This report has been filled here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/rhythmbox/+bug/155729 "When you reduce the size of Rhythmbox's window, several buttons disappear from the user's view and are replaced by an arrow that, when clicked, shows a menu with the hidden buttons. The volume control widget disappears too, but doesn't even appear in the afforementioned. So a user who reduces Rhythmbox's size will find no way to change the volume unless he actually expands or maximises the window. This widget is vital for a pleasing experience where everything feels right, so please keep RB from hiding it even when the window becomes too small to show all the buttons." http://launchpadlibrarian.net/10112562/Pantallazo.png
Created attachment 112355 [details] Screenshot This bug is pretty major, in my opinion. If the buttons' size exceeds the size of the window, there is NO WAY AT ALL to reach the volume widget. That, in an audio application, is just unacceptable.
Sorry but, is this being looked into?
