Please describe the problem:
On http://www.pygtk.org/pygtk2reference/class-gtkborder.html it states that gtk.Border holds values for top, bottom, left and right.
However even though these fields seam to be public in c-gtk, there seams to be no way of reaching them from pygtk

Looks good. 
It adds API so we have to wait for the next unstable series for this to go in.
