gtk.Border public fields are not readable

Please describe the problem: On http://www.pygtk.org/pygtk2reference/class-gtkborder.html it states that gtk.Border holds values for top, bottom, left and right. However even though these fields seam to be public in c-gtk, there seams to be no way of reaching them from pygtk Steps to reproduce: Actual results: Expected results: Does this happen every time?
