This tracks bugs which will need to be fixed in the next version of the theme format.

As part of this, we also need to talk to the people downstream who are actually making the themes, and find out what they want. We probably also need to find out who is responsible, in the WMs which provide support for reading Metacity theme files, for implementing that, so that we can find out what they want too.
