win32 builds without winsock

I a thread (archive can be found at http://mail.gnome.org/archives/xslt/2007-August/msg00019.html ) I send a patch that remove headers and libraries related to unused in libxslt winsock. The community confirm that patch is correct even for native builds. To keep a track I attach the patch sent to this bug.
