The home icon on the desktop should have a %d items line under it like all the
other icons on the desktop.

* REPRODUCIBLE: Always

* STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

View the desktop.

* ACTUAL RESULTS: 

 Home icon appears with the words clahey's Home under it.

* EXPECTED RESULTS: 

  It should tell me the number of items in the home folder.

Good point. Something we overlooked. The properties window gets the correct
properties for these link icons, but the icon text does not.

This is not really possible without some major code hacks, since right
now it's just a .desktop file, that points at the directory, tempted
to mark won't fix

Like for all special desktop directories, I think this isn't worth it as the user can not directly "manipulate" the contents of all of these directories ("trash" and "home" might be ok, but what about "computer" for instance?).

I think 7 years later we can really close this one.
