Thanks for taking the time to report this bug.
This bug report isn't very useful because it doesn't describe the bug well. If you have time and can still reproduce the bug, please read http://bugzilla.gnome.org/bug-HOWTO.html and add a more useful description to this bug.

I'm new to this but i'll try...

System/install:

Ubuntu Gutsy AMD64 (testing) on AMD Turion64 laptop
Gnome 2.20.0
Rythmbox 0.11.2
Gstreamer plugins base 0.10.14-1ubuntu3
Gstreamer plugins good 0.10.6-0ubunty3
Gstreamer plugins ugly 0.10.6-0ubunty2

Info:

Wanted to listen to MP3 on Rythmbox so installed Gstreamer plugins. After opening the media file I got the error (along with the request to file a bug report - so I did). The error also occurred on other media files. Media files would not play.

Reproduction:

Cannot reproduce. After installing the esound packages along with the gstreamer-plugins-ugly-multiverse (version 0.10.6-0ubunty1) and rebooting, the error no longer appeared.
