When no items are found during a search return a NOTFOUND code. This removes ambiguity from the empty (ie: NULL) GnomeKeyringFound list otherwise returned.

Some poorly coded applications have problems handling empty lists...

Committed a new result code to HEAD (which will end up in 2.20.1). However I'm not closing this bug, as appropriate messages must be added once we branch and string freeze is over.
